That time I went on a friend’s podcast and talked about HOST

In 2020, my dear friend Dr Damien O’Meara asked if I would go on his brand-new podcast to talk about a horror film. I said I’d love to. We did our master’s degrees at the same time and he’s a huge horror nerd. He also has the perfect podcast voice.

One thing that has bugged me since a couple of days after we recorded this episode, we thought a mask that featured in the film was a Guy Fawkes mask, but it’s the mask from Alfred Sole’s 1976 film Alice, Sweet Alice. That has been weighing on me for FIVE YEARS. I can breathe easy now.
